We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Operations Coordinator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily business operations, managing documentation, and ensuring timely completion of government-related tasks on behalf of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operational activities.
Visit government centers (such as free zones, immigration, labor, and economic departments) to complete documentation and approvals on behalf of clients.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and government authorities to ensure smooth processing of applications.
Prepare, review, and maintain company and client documents, records, and reports.
Monitor deadlines, renewals, and follow-ups to ensure timely task completion.
Assist with visa processing, license renewals, and other related administrative tasks.
Support the management team in planning and executing operational improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, PRO, or administrative roles in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures (Immigration, Labour, and Economic departments).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per year
