Job Description

Job Title: Operations coordinator We are seeking a professional and results-driven Operations coordinator to lead and optimize our daily operations. The ideal candidate will manage teams, oversee HR functions, and handle logistics, including fresh meat distribution, while ensuring high performance through clear KPIs and structured SOPs. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise all daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality. - Develop and implement operational plans aligned with company goals. - Lead teams, monitor performance, and set clear KPIs. - Establish, update, and enforce SOPs across all departments. - Handle HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development. - Oversee logistics, supply chain, and inventory management. - Manage shipments, delivery schedules, and coordination with suppliers and transport partners. - Supervise fresh meat distribution operations, including vehicle follow-up, route planning, and timely deliveries. - Monitor company vehicles, drivers' performance, and daily dispatch activities. - Coordinate between suppliers, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow. - Improve internal processes to reduce costs and increase productivity. - Prepare operational reports for senior management. - Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and labor regulations. Requirements: - Proven experience in Operations Management. - Strong knowledge of HR, Logistics, and distribution operations. - Experience with KPIs and SOPs. - Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. - Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage). - Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
