Position Overview:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our interior fit-out projects. The role involves coordinating between site teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple interior fit-out projects
Liaise with site engineers, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors
Track project schedules, material deliveries, manpower allocation, and site requirements
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records
Assist with procurement coordination, purchase orders, and follow-ups with vendors
Monitor site progress and support issue resolution to avoid delays
Coordinate site mobilization, permits, access approvals, and logistics
Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in an operations or coordination role within interior fit-out or construction industry in the UAE
Strong understanding of fit-out project workflows and site operations
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of UAE site regulations, permits, and approvals
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
