Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Operations Coordinator
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and order management across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily warehouse and operations activities (IN / OUT). Validate and process orders in the system accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare incoming orders from various e-commerce channels. Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Monitor order status, resolve operational issues, and ensure smooth daily workflows. Maintain accurate records and reports related to inventory and orders. Coordinate with accounts and customer service teams when required.
Required Experience & Skills:
Proven experience in
e-commerce operations
. Hands-on experience with platforms such asDeliveroo, Talabat, Careem, Instashop, Amazon
, and e-commerce websites. Familiar with order processing systems and inventory management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to work under pressure and meet daily operational targets.Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with prior experience in
e-commerce operations
will be highly preferred. UAE experience is an advantage.What We Offer:
