Operations Coordinator
Location:
DWC & DAFZA, Dubai, UAEJob Responsibilities
Prepare and manage truck and delivery documentation Identify shipment delivery locations and plan routes for drivers Assess shipment consolidation plans Determine best routes based on UAE road networks Identify appropriate truck types based on cargo and load requirements Plan and schedule truck deliveries across the UAE Ensure compliance with UAE road regulations and load restrictions Coordinate with drivers and operations teams to support 24/7 operations
Requirements
Fluent in
English
(spoken and written) Strongemail communication
skills GoodMS Excel
knowledge Familiar with Emirates road regulations and load restrictions Prior knowledge ofair and sea freight
is an added advantage Ability to work in shiftsWork Locations
