Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks within the corporate services department
Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members
Coordinate with typists and other support staff to ensure timely completion of work
Prepare, update, and maintain documents, records, and reports
Handle emails, schedules, and follow-ups using MS Outlook
Support administrative and operational procedures to improve efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and
Outlook
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
Strong
client coordination
and follow-up abilities
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Work Eligibility
Candidates must already hold a valid UAE dependent (husband) visa
Qualification: Degree
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a
corporate service provider
or similar environment
Familiarity with documentation, PRO work, and basic administrative procedures
