Operation Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our delivery services, working closely with various departments to guarantee timely and efficient deliveries to our customers.

Key duties include:

Managing operational schedules and ensuring efficient allocation and maintenance of bikes and SIM cards. Handling rider affairs, order-related work issues, and processing pay slips. Managing health insurance documentation, bike insurance, claims, Salik, fines, and RTA permit approvals. Overseeing passport control, compliance checks, and coordinating with OB & OP teams. Communicating regularly with the operations team via email. Handling box branding applications, renewals, cancellations, and managing bike branding approvals with RTA for aggregators. Conducting exit interviews for departing riders.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar field is preferred.

Qualifications

:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or delivery industry.

Strong understanding of delivery operations and customer service principles.
