Operations Coordinator
Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in warehouse coordination and order delivery logistics.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily order dispatch and delivery schedules.
Communicate with warehouse, drivers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Track order status and update systems accordingly.
Support overall warehouse operations and documentation.
Requirements:
Experience in warehouse operations and logistics coordination.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Arabic speaker preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
