The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator with direct experience in the holiday homes industry. You will be the central hub of our daily operations, ensuring our properties are guest-ready, our vendors are aligned, and our operational standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Guest & Property Readiness:

Coordinate and oversee the cleaning, maintenance, and inspection of properties between guest stays to ensure they meet our high standards.

Vendor & Supplier Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for cleaners, maintenance staff, landscapers, and other vendors. Schedule services and manage performance.

Issue Resolution:

Act swiftly to resolve any operational issues that arise, such as maintenance emergencies or guest concerns related to the property, providing effective and timely solutions.

Communication:

Liaise effectively with the guest services, reservations, and management teams to ensure a smooth flow of information.

Process Improvement:

Help develop and implement efficient operational procedures to enhance productivity and guest experience.

Requirements

You have

proven experience in operations within the holiday homes or vacation rental industry

. You are a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal. You are proficient with property management software and standard office tools. You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for property visits.
