: To ensure smooth functioning of office operations with a key focus on following up with clients/customers for payments, maintaining payment records, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly follow up with clients/customers for pending payments via emails, phone calls and personal visits.
- Escalate overdue accounts to management in a timely manner.
- Visit government offices as required for visa processing or other official documentation work.
- Assist in legal documentation of the organization.
- Ensure seamless coordination across all departments.
Job Requirements:
- UAE Nationals only
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration or equivalent.
- The candidate should be a self-starter, with effective communication skills.
- Excellent problem- solving skills.
- UAE driving License is mandatory.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
