Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily correspondence including emails, phone calls, and incoming/outgoing mail.
Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory; place orders as necessary.
Ensure office equipment is functional and coordinate with service providers for maintenance.
Coordinate and follow up on daily tasks and inter-departmental activities.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications for management.
Support basic content creation (images, captions, updates) for the company's social media platforms.
Schedule and post content regularly on LinkedIn, Instagram, or other relevant channels.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
2-3 years of experience in operations, administration, in oil and gas industry or similar products
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with digital tools (e.g. Canva, scheduling tools, or CRM)
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities
