Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding service options and procedures. Provide technical support to customers regarding vehicle systems and services. Ensure familiarity with common service procedures and vehicle systems. Communicate effectively with technicians to facilitate service requests and progress updates.


Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry. Valid UAE driver's license. Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills (verbal and written). Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer knowledge (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Familiarity with vehicle systems and common service procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
