Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Telecom Backoffice Coordinator & Retention Agent to join our growing telecom team. This hybrid role combines back-office coordination with customer retention duties, ensuring smooth internal operations and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Backoffice Coordination
Manage and process telecom service requests, activations, disconnections, and plan changes
Coordinate with field technicians and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain accurate records of client data, service logs, and internal documents
Handle email and internal communication between departments
Prepare regular reports on service status and operations
Retention Agent Duties
Contact existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
Proactively engage with customers at risk of cancellation to offer solutions or better plans
Maintain detailed logs of customer feedback and escalations
Work towards monthly customer retention and loyalty targets
Coordinate with customer care to resolve issues quickly and professionally
Requirements:
Proven experience in telecom, customer service, or coordination roles (minimum 1 year preferred)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Knowledge of CRM systems or telecom software is an advantage
Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, telecom, or related field
Previous experience in retention or telesales is a plus
Multilingual abilities (English + regional languages) are a bonus
On-the-job training provided

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
