Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operational and administrative tasks including email correspondence, scheduling, data entry, and documentation
Coordinate with suppliers for required documents, updates, and timely follow-ups
Assist in procurement planning based on inventory and project needs
Monitor inventory levels and contribute to efficient stock control and tracking
Calculate landed costs and assist in managing incoming goods
Maintain and update operational reports and Excel records for company directors
Provide overall support to ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations
Who You Are:
Good communicator with good interpersonal skills
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Prior experience in operations, administration, or accounting roles is a plus
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field
Self-driven, eager to learn, and capable of working independently
