Bluetick Delivery is looking for a highly organized and proactive

Operations Coordinator

to manage our team of bike riders and oversee basic accounts. The ideal candidate should have excellent coordination skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

? Oversee daily operations of bike riders and ensure smooth deliveries
? Assign and track rider schedules to optimize efficiency
? Handle rider attendance, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
? Maintain and update basic accounts, including rider payments and expenses
? Ensure compliance with company policies and delivery standards
? Coordinate with different departments to improve overall workflow

Requirements:

Prior experience in operations, logistics, or delivery management preferred Basic knowledge of accounts and financial records Strong communication and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Must be currently based in Qatar with a valid QID
