Our company is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of Operations Coordinator. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:
Schedule & Coordinate daily wise operations & inspections as per the requirement. Assign engineers/inspectors as per the schedule and ensure timely completion. Act as primary contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns. Manage the engineers/ inspector schedules. Review the inspection/technical report submitted by the engineers/inspector and submit accurate reports, maintain records. Addressing the client issues/concerns promptly and professionally with in the time frame. Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality as a part of continual improvement.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering/other discipline
Experience: 3-5 years in coordination or project execution.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office.
