We are seeking an organized and proactive
Operations Coordinator
with prior cake shop or bakery experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the shop.Responsibilities:
Handle and process customer orders accurately and on time. Communicate with customers regarding order details, customizations, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with the production team to manage workflow and ensure timely completion of orders. Maintain records of orders, inventory, and supplies. Assist with packaging, labeling, and dispatching orders. Support overall shop operations to maintain quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a cake shop, bakery, or confectionery is mandatory. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
