Job Description
Role Overview:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operational performance of Teyar Drone Cleaning Services. This role ensures the smooth execution of all cleaning and inspection missions, manages on-site coordination, monitors HSE compliance, and supports cross-departmental communication between technical teams, clients, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate
daily drone cleaning and inspection missions
across various client sites. SuperviseSite Managers, HSE Officers, and Pilots
, ensuring all operations meet company and regulatory standards. Review and approverisk assessments, method statements, and mission plans
before execution. Ensure compliance withUAE HSE and aviation regulations
(GCAA/DCAA). Liaise directly with clients to confirm schedules, access permissions, and operational requirements. Manageresource allocation
, including vehicles, equipment, and personnel deployment. Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables; provide operational reports to management. Support business growth by optimizing workflows and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Coordinate with theFinance
andAdministration
departments on budgets, project costs, and documentation. Conduct periodic performance reviews of pilots and site teams. Ensure adherence to Teyar's core values:Safety, Innovation, Efficiency, and Sustainability.

Pay: AED7,000.00 per month
