detail-oriented Operations Coordinator

with strong

CRM experience

to support our sales, leasing, and property management teams.

Job Purpose:



The

Operations Coordinator

plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations by managing CRM data, handling back-office tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments. This role requires someone with

strong organizational skills, CRM knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced real estate environment

.

Key Responsibilities:CRM Management:



Maintain and update

CRM records

accurately. Monitor lead distribution, track pipeline progress, and ensure correct data entry. Train and assist team members on

CRM best practices

. Generate reports for management on sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions.

Operational Support:



Coordinate between sales, leasing, marketing, and after-sales teams to ensure seamless operations. Manage schedules, meetings, and follow-ups with internal teams. Support document preparation, property listings, and inventory management.

Process Optimization:



Identify and implement improvements in

operational workflows

. Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and company guidelines. Track performance KPIs and suggest data-driven enhancements.

Reporting & Analysis:



Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Analyze data for trends, gaps, and areas of improvement.

Requirements:



2+ years of experience in operations, administration, or sales coordination

, preferably in

real estate

or a

high-volume sales environment

.

Strong CRM experience is a must

(Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments. Attention to detail and accuracy.
