Business Setup & Free Zone Operations Associate (UAE)

We're a fast-growing corporate services firm helping entrepreneurs and companies establish and scale in the UAE. Our team delivers end-to-end business setup, licensing, and compliance solutions across free zones and mainland jurisdictions--along with visa services and ongoing administrative support.

The Role:

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Business Setup & Free Zone Operations Associate to support the delivery of UAE business setup services. You'll work closely with consultants, clients, and government authorities to ensure processes are smooth, timely, and fully compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and analyze UAE free zones, licensing categories, and incentives
Prepare and submit applications for free zone and mainland company formation

Coordinate with free zone authorities and government departments Assist with investor, employee, and dependent visa processing Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of client cases Support compliance and reporting requirements Provide clear updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field 2+ years of experience in UAE business setup, company formation, or PRO services (preferred) Strong understanding of UAE free zones and licensing procedures Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus) Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
