Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily cash collections, manage petty cash transactions, and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Verify invoice accuracy and maintain proper documentation for all cash-related tasks
  • Assist in communication flow between store teams and back-office units
  • Generate operational performance reports using SAP, BI, and Tableau
  • Support daily back-office functioning to ensure smooth store operations
  • Assist with stock management on the sales floor including replenishment and product placement
  • Help maintain store cleanliness, organization, and readiness for customers
  • Coordinate procurement and supply ordering as needed
  • Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation to maintain accurate stock records
  • Receive and organize new shipments according to store SOPs
  • Utilize stock loss results, stock records, and SOP knowledge to maintain high inventory accuracy
  • Support adherence to safety guidelines and compliance with store policies

  • Experience in retail operations or administrative support roles
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and communicate clearly
  • Comfortable working with SAP, BI, and Tableau or willing to learn quickly
