Job Description

A Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner. Fondly bid farewell to all guests exiting the Palace


A Engage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests and questions


A Assist and advise guests to make purchases by recommending, describing and demonstrating products.


A Manage and maintain queue lanes, turn stiles, entrances and exits


A Sell tickets and retail products via a computerized Point of Sale (POS) system


A Collect payments/make change by accepting cash, vouchers, credit card, digital payments and listed foreign currencies


A Balances cash drawer/register/float by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift and ensure timely remittance of sales to cash control


A Maintain awareness and adherence to companyaEUR(TM)s cash handling policies


A Maintain knowledge and awareness of ongoing promotions


A Provide pricing, promotion, shows information and suggestions to guests, keeping them well informed to enhance/maximize the guest experience


A Consistently upsell/cross-sell and promote products, activities, and services to generate additional revenue


A Arrange and maintain product displays with approval, stock shelves (refill) and take product inventory


A Proactively anticipate, listen to guestaEUR(TM)s needs and concerns and act appropriately to resolve any issues in a timely manner in adherence to companyaEUR(TM)s guest complaint policy A Applying product knowledge while handling guests and improve the same on a regular basis.


A Manage lost and found counter and locker area cording to companyaEUR(TM)s lost and found policy


A Conduct guest surveys using a company provided tablet, ensuring that all questions are completed and submitted


A Maintain awareness and ability to act or respond to any emergency situations while ensuring guest safety. Participate in any evacuation (drill or real) if necessary


A Work outdoors, in extreme temperatures, wet, humid or windy conditions caused by weather


A Working on promotions and achieving set targets.


A Assisting in quarterly and yearly inventory.


A Any other tasks that may be required from time to time to perform to meet the needs of the business.


A Medically able to work in all weather conditions.


A Physical able to carry/lift items, climb ladder etc



Essential:


A Higher secondary or equivalent


A Moderate verbal communication skills


A Basic knowledge of cash handling skills


A Good communication skill



Desirable:


A Previous retail experience


A Previous customer care experience


A Previous experience in handling guest complaints
