, is expanding its core operations team. We're looking for two proactiveFemale Operations Assistants
who can bring structure, clarity, and speed to our daily workflow.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage
daily/weekly/monthly schedules
for field teams Handleclient complaints, feedback, and service follow-ups
with professionalism Generateoperational reports, performance summaries, and documentation
Manageon-call service requests
and ensure timely deployment Coordinate with drivers, helpers, and operations supervisors Support head-office operations to keep service delivery seamless and compliantCandidate Requirements:
Female candidates only
Must be residing in Abu Dhabi City
Must be available to join immediately
Strong communication and follow-up skills Confident in MS Excel, scheduling, and report writing Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operational environment Experience in waste management/pest control (added advantage)Work Location:
