This role falls under our X Dubai umbrella and we are seeking someone who will be responsible for supporting Xine operations to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the attraction.
Location - X Line Dubai - Dubai Marina Mall.
Please note - Driving license is a must for this role. Responsibilities:
- Zip Line equipment and platforms maintenance
- Equipment inspection
- Equipment logistic between platforms planning
- Carrying the equipment
- Coordinating communication between the teams
- Assisting with equipment collection from suppliers and spare parts procurement (driving license required)
- Participating 3rd party inspections
- Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or
Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of customer service experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
