Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support for local projects in Saudi Arabia
Communicate with government authorities, banks, consultants, and notaries
Assist with company setup for land and real estate-related activities
Handle local documentation, approvals, and permits
Support supply-side partners including landowners and developers
Coordinate payments and transaction-related processes
Manage day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
Support negotiations and local business processes
Requirements:
Arabic language - native or fluent (mandatory)
English or Russian - conversational level
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, administration,
Strong understanding of Saudi local business practices and procedures
Ability to work with documentation and government processes
Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Nice to have:
Experience in real estate or land-related transactions
Company formation experience in Saudi Arabia
Existing local professional network (banks, legal advisors, )
