The Role

Job Title:

Operations Assistant Location: UAE (based on currency) Industry: Oil & Gas / Maritime Shipping Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support day-to-day operational activities within the oil & gas and maritime shipping sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination skills and the ability to maintain excellent communication across various departments and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities o Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the operations and commercial teams. o Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a point of contact for internal departments, vessel operators, agents, suppliers, and clients. o Documentation: Assist in the preparation of operational reports, voyage documents, statements, and general correspondence. o Record Management: Maintain accurate records, schedules, and operational databases. o Tracking: Monitor operational milestones and follow up on all pending actions to ensure timely completion.



Requirements

Candidate Requirements o Experience:

3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Maritime Shipping. o Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree. o Age: 25 - 35 years. o Gender: Female (preferred). o Nationality: Philippines, Syrian, Lebanese, Iraqi, or other Arab nationalities. Skills & Competencies o Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. o Technical: Proficient in computer applications, specifically MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. o Organization: Exceptionally well-organized with a strong attention to detail.
