Job Summary:
The Operations Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of daily operations to ensure excellent service delivery.
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and client documentation.
Respond to client inquiries and ensure a high level of customer service.
Assist in the implementation of health and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment.
Coordinate with service providers and staff to manage appointments and treatment schedules.
Help manage stock levels of treatment supplies and place orders as needed.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in all operations.
Requirements:
High school diploma required; degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in operations, preferably in a wellness, medical, or beauty environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new software quickly.
Customer-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
