The Operations Assistant will provide essential support to the consultancy's day-to-day operations. This role involves assisting in proposal drafting, client coordination, welcoming clients in office, administrative support, and ensuring smooth operational workflows across projects and corporate service activities.
Key Responsibilities
Proposal Support
Assist in preparing, formatting, and proofreading proposals, presentations, and service agreements.
Maintain templates and ensure documents reflect the consultancy's professional standards.
Client Coordination & Welcoming
Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
Welcome clients to the office and ensure a professional, hospitable environment.
Coordinate client meetings, maintain schedules, and support project delivery.
Track client requests and ensure proper documentation and closure.
Administrative Support
Handle correspondence, filing, and data entry related to operations and client projects.
Maintain records of contracts, invoices, and client communications.
Support scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.
Operations Assistance
Assist the team in day-to-day operational tasks to ensure efficiency.
Support vendor coordination, internal reporting, and follow-up actions.
Contribute to improving workflows and administrative processes.
