will assist in the coordination of day-to-day F&B operations, including inventory management, staff coordination, supplier relations, and administrative support. This role is key to maintaining smooth restaurant or outlet performance and upholding company standards.
Responsibilities
Support the F&B Operations Manager in managing daily operations across outlets or departments.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth workflow and communication.
Help manage inventory, order supplies, and track deliveries to ensure adequate stock levels.
Assist with staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and basic HR coordination.
Support compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Help implement operational procedures and identify areas for improvement.
Handle guest inquiries and assist in resolving operational issues if needed.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations or F&B Manager.
Qualifications
2+ years of F&B or hospitality operations experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
Knowledge of F&B operations, food safety, and hygiene standards
