About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced

Partnerships & Operations Executive

with a strong background in the payments industry--specifically with hands-on experience at a

Payment Service Provider

. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end PSP partnerships, merchant coordination, and the execution of partnership agreements. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the payment ecosystem, along with the operational, compliance, and commercial aspects of PSPs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of partnerships with PSPs and acquiring banks, including negotiations and agreement finalization. Act as the main point of contact for merchants, supporting their onboarding and ongoing operational needs. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with PSPs and payment providers to ensure efficient collaboration and service delivery. Ensure all merchant and partner documentation related to KYC/KYB and compliance is accurate and up to date. Work closely with internal teams including Sales, IT, Compliance, and Finance to support seamless partnership and merchant operations. Maintain accurate records and support operational reporting to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

2-4 years of experience in the payments or FinTech industry,

with direct, hands-on experience at a PSP (mandatory)

. Demonstrated success in managing partnerships and closing commercial agreements in the payments space. Strong understanding of PSP operations, merchant onboarding processes, and regulatory compliance requirements. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Candidates must have current or previous experience working at a Payment Service Provider (PSP). Applications without relevant PSP experience will not be considered.
