Job Title: Operations and Inventory Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations and Inventory Executive to join our trading company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and inventory management of our business. This position requires an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Operations and Inventory Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all products are properly stocked, and that inventory levels are maintained to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the trading company, ensuring that all products are stocked and that inventory levels are maintained to meet customer demand.

• Manage inventory levels and make recommendations on inventory control strategies to optimize inventory turns and minimize stockouts.

• Work with purchasing teams to ensure that products are ordered and received in a timely and efficient manner.

• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure that products are shipped and delivered to customers on time and within budget.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that products are delivered on time and at the best possible price.

• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Monitor and track key performance metrics, such as inventory turns, order fill rates, and customer satisfaction, and develop action plans to address any issues.

• Analyze sales data and trends to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.

• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on inventory levels, operational efficiency, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in operations and inventory management, preferably in a trading company.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Experience with inventory management systems and software.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software applications.

Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
