The Primary purpose of this position is to oversee the overall international operations and ensure the ongoing Roadshows, Local brokers partnerships and Business Trips are successful and meeting their monthly targets and increasing the sales revenue of the Business Development Department. Responsibilities will include but not limited to -
Lead ongoing Roadshows and Roadshows teams to ensure their success and Targets are met.
Lead, Plan and Execute Roadshows and Oversee Business Trips.
Work closely alongside with different departments (BD, Sales, Telesales, Marketing and Travel) to ensure a smooth channel of communication and mutual targets are met.
Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
Desired Skill & Expertise
Highly Self-motivated, Career oriented, Strive for Excellence and Operate with Integrity individual with energetic and enthusiastic approach to their work.
Strong Communication Skills.
Trilingual is preferable. Preferred Languages; Arabic, English, French, Russian.
Ability to travel to execute Roadshows and Oversee Business Trips.
Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment.
Punctual, Courteous and Presentable.
Minimum Requirements:
Adaptable and creative with laser focus organization skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all time.
Professional and friendly manner.
Work effectively as a team player.
Ability to design and process a wide range of documents in accordance with instruction and paying attention to details.
