The Operations, Banking & Administration Executive will be responsible for managing cash collections, coordinating logistics activities, handling banking-related documentation including Letters of Credit (LCs), and supporting general administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics & Operations
Coordinate deliveries, dispatches, and transportation schedules
Liaise with logistics providers, drivers, and warehouses
Prepare and manage logistics-related documents (delivery notes, invoices, PODs, etc.)
Track shipments and ensure timely and accurate delivery
Administration & Office Support
Handle general administrative duties including filing, documentation, and record keeping
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and government-related offices if required
Support management with operational and administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements & Qualifications:
Previous experience in cash handling, logistics coordination, banking, or administration
Working knowledge of LCs and bank documentation
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
UAE work experience preferred
