The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.
We are looking for a talented individuals to join our LIVE Operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for people who are passionate about creating economies, live streaming platforms, and content ecosystems.
You will work closely with creators, internal teams, and regional partners to analyze performance, uplift content quality, and help creators grow sustainably in MENAT.
1. Analyse user cohort behaviour and LIVE performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
2. Utilize operational and product levers to optimize live streaming performance and improve key creator metrics.
3. Enhance creator content quality through structured training programs, daily communication, and content optimization guidance.
4. Plan, coordinate, and execute online/offline creator events and initiatives to drive revenue growth and platform engagement.
5. Support creator onboarding, performance monitoring, and education to improve retention and long-term development.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business or a related field, obtained in the last two years.
- Strong analytical mindset: able to break down complex problems, identify patterns, and propose structured solutions.
- Self-driven, fast learner, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, project coordination ability, and clear logical thinking.
- Fluency in Arabic, English and Chinese to work closely with creators across the MENA region as well as accurate interpretation of platform policies and to collaborate with cross-functional teams and Chinese stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship experience in LIVE operations, creator management, content operations, marketing, strategy, analytics, or internet product roles.
- Understanding of the creator economy, social media ecosystems, and live streaming user behaviour.
