Develop and maintain proposal quality processes, ensuring that

Conduct weekly end-of-week recaps summarising project highlights, blockers, and next steps for all active engagements.
Monitor and track deliverables to ensure

Stakeholder Engagement & Client Success

Document and share key insights from all client interactions within

Business Analysis & Process Optimisation

Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields
; Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
Minimum of
3 years' experience
in management consulting, operations management, or project management within a professional services or startup environment.
Proven expertise in managing complex projects, with strong organisational and analytical skills.
Advanced proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Airtable, Notion, Trello, or equivalent project management platforms).
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn operational data into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work effectively in a remote-first, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
