Were looking for Operations Administrator in Dubai and the main job function to provide support and handle all administrative tasks for the Central Operations and field-based teams.

What youll do:
Arrange travel and hotel bookings for the ME Transactional business when needed.
Liaising with necessary parties for visas where required
Support hiring managers with scheduling interviews as and when requested
Provides support to hiring managers by arranging the travel requirements for new hires such as flight, accommodation, airport pick up, and daily transfers to and from the office an ensure that they receive all necessary travel documents before the scheduled flight.
Ensures that new hires are guided with their schedules, activities, and whom to report to particularly on the first day of joining.
Provides guidance to new hires by answering any questions they may ask and by directing them to the right person when necessary.
Provide a first-class customer service role across the business, both internally and externally.
Support all departments with administrative or organizing tasks, etc.
Diary Management, collation of presentations, prepare/maintain records of agenda and minutes.
Data management including updating of information into the relevant system.
Liaise with Key Stakeholder's to coordinate employees induction or exit
Actively committed and accountable for compliance to the Aggreko Health, Safety & Environmental policies, operating procedures, and compliance to local legislation including external and internal audits.
Any other duties considered related essential for effective operations and service as requested.
Youll have the following skills and experience:
Effective communication and skills
Fluent command of English language, spoken and written
Effective planning organizational and time management skills
Excellent keyboard skills, computer literate and experienced in all Microsoft products
