Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and control the services with the animation of monthly meetings and the drafting of minutes, the realization of technical audits of the installations, the analysis of estimates and the preparation of budgets, the implementation of indicators, advice on the evolution of regulations Monitor and analyze the energy consumption and performance of technical building equipment Ensure asset audits and multi-technical and multi-service maintenance services Produce the inventory of technical equipment, evaluate the replacement according to its conditionJob Requirements:
- Monitor service providers, and performance indicators for equipment and maintenance through a CMMS
- Draft written documents and consultation contracts, analyze offers and draft reports
- Provide technical assistance on equipment issues to public and private contracting authorities.
- you have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in BET project management or in business. Endowed with a good spirit of analysis and synthesis
- you are recognized for your ability to anticipate and your adaptability.
- Motivated, you have a taste for challenge and enjoy contact with the field and customers.
