Partner with the best As Operational Readiness Manager, you will be managing the service delivery for an assigned area and portfolio of products and services As an Operational Readiness Manager - Pressure Pumping, you will be responsible for: Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars. Collaborating with sales/comms teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast. Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery. Ensuring that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio. Overseeing the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility. Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a minimum of 15 years of experience in pressure pumping. Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering. Have experience in base management. Have experience with Operational readiness coordination for cementing, coil tubing and TRS for equipment, maintenance, function check and personnel. Be able to ensure flawless service delivery
