We are a dynamic workshop specializing in the development of high-quality skincare products. As we continue to grow and serve our customers with excellence, we are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth logistics, efficient inventory management, and effective communication with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the logistics from our workshop to clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products. Handle the procurement of raw ingredients from international sources, including negotiation with suppliers and logistics. Manage the entire customs process, ensuring compliance with all regulations and timely clearance of goods. Facilitate communication with our accounting firm, providing necessary information and coordinating on various financial matters. Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and plan reorders to prevent stockouts. Work closely with the production team to align operational activities with production schedules. Requirements: Proven experience in an operational management role, preferably within the skincare or related industries. Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Effective communication abilities, with fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic office applications.
