Operational Manager For Trading And Distribution

Job Description
Our growing trading and distribution company is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to join our team. This is a critical leadership position that will oversee our daily operations, ensure that we meet business goals and objectives, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Manage daily trading and distribution operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
- Create and implement strategies to improve supply chain and logistics operations, including inventory management and transportation.
- Work with our sales team to forecast demand and ensure that we meet customer needs.
- Lead a team of employees, providing coaching and guidance for their success.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and partners.
- Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, operations/Economical management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in trading and distribution.
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain management, logistics, and inventory management.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
