As the Operational Excellence Program Consultant for Europe, Africa & Middle East/Central Asia, your main responsibility is to elevate dealer capabilities within the Operational Excellence Program categories of Customer Engagement, Customer Management and Operational Performance including attributes and metrics for Machine and Aftermarket for each industry vertical.

In this role, the candidate will be the key conduit within the Distribution Center of Excellence team (DCOE), supporting the Marketing and Sales Operations Reps (MSOR\'s), Industry Partners and Caterpillar dealers, covering the EAME Region.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Main point of contact for districts on all program related questions

Attend priority dealer Operational Excellence Program assessments and assist in evaluation of capabilities to drive consistency throughout the region

Partner with Marketing and Sales Operations Reps\'s to develop and execute action plans

Provide consulting support to Marketing and Sales Operations Reps\'s and Operational Excellence Program Specialists to determine which solutions, district or dealer actions are needed to improve dealer capabilities

Perform monthly/quarterly analysis to validate and ensure Caterpillar and Dealer-sourced metrics are accurate

Lead quarterly Operational Excellence Program District and Regional meetings, present results and progress to senior leadership

Work with Global Process Owners and other divisions and industry partners to define process capability improvements and enhancements to the Operational Excellence Program

Build trust, establish credibility, and influence Marketing and Sales Operations Reps\'s, business partners and dealers to deliver appropriate solutions to support needs and challenges

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or 5 to 7 yrs. of professional, job-related experience

Previous work experience in sales, operations, or marketing working on process improvement, and driving change management (role is not customer facing)

Strong, proven interpersonal skills including public presentation proficiency and a demonstrated ability to earn trust and credibility with senior dealer management teams

Be willing to travel up to 25% of working time

Fluency in English, fluency in French, Arabic, Russian a plus

Top Candidates will also have:

Experience in Operational Excellence (e.g.: process improvement, project management, 6 Sigma, driving change management)

General knowledge in lead generation management, customer experience, coverage study, account management, Marketing and sales funnel management

Passion for working with Caterpillar dealers and customers
