. In this role, you will serve as the cornerstone of efficiency, insights, and technological advancement for our department.

Key Responsibilities:



Systems & Platform Administration:

Act as the primary authority on all departmental tools and systems, encompassing

Zoho CRM

,

Consumer Services Portal

,

Maqsam

,

Ultramsg

,

Coolify

,

Hetzner VPS

,

OpenAI

, and backend integrations. Ensure optimal operations, oversee system updates, and foster high internal user satisfaction.

Data & Reporting Management:

Generate and present accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management and clients. Uphold financial trackers, performance dashboards, and ensure that chatbot knowledge bases are continuously updated.

Operational Coordination & Documentation:

Spearhead project mobilizations, manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) and master documentation, organize contracts, and guarantee the efficient completion of recurring operational tasks.

Indicators of Success:



Achieving 100% uptime and functionality of systems Delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reports Maintaining well-organized documentation and operational excellence Contributing to strategic decisions through actionable data

Requirements



What We're Looking For:



Experience in

CRM management

(preferably Zoho CRM) Proficiency in

data reporting & analytics tools

(Excel, Zoho Analytics, internal dashboards) Detail-oriented with excellent

organizational and operational skills

Tech-savvy with experience in

AI integrations, VPS management, and internal platforms

Ability to collaborate across teams and streamline processes
