Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operational and Financial Auditor to join Al-Futtaim Group in Dubai. The role supports the Senior Audit Manager in conducting internal audits across various business divisions to ensure compliance, efficiency, and asset protection. The ideal candidate will have strong audit and data analysis skills with the ability to deliver actionable insights that enhance organizational integrity and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing annual audit plans and programs based on risk assessment.
• Conduct operational and financial audits to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Review processes for compliance with company policies, procedures, and delegated authority levels.
• Document all audit findings in the Audit Management System and prepare detailed audit reports.
• Communicate findings with management, ensuring clarity and consensus on corrective actions.
• Use data analytics tools and software (e.g., ACL) to enhance audit coverage and detect anomalies.
• Participate in fraud investigations, identifying causes, responsible parties, and preventive recommendations.
• Conduct follow-up audits to monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement of audit processes and contribute to special audit assignments when required.

Ideal Profile

• Chartered Accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent), CIA, CFA, or MBA in Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal or external audit, preferably within large corporate environments.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and international auditing standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and advanced data analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including report writing and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently with integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
