To support the smooth execution of daily operations by coordinating administrative procedures, managing government service documentation, assisting in business setup processes, supporting PRO activities, and maintaining organized client service workflows across DAL Business Services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations & Administrative Support
Manage day-to-day operational activities including client onboarding, internal coordination, and data entry.
Maintain and update internal trackers for government transactions, business setups, PRO renewals, and deadlines.
Assist the operations and consultancy team in preparing documentation and ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
Support all service units in scheduling meetings, updating calendars, and monitoring follow-ups.
2. Government & PRO Service Support
Coordinate documentation required for visa processing, license renewals, MOHRE tasks, and Emirates ID applications.
Track application statuses with government portals and escalate delays as needed.
Liaise with PRO team members and follow up on document collection, typing, and submission appointments.
Ensure all documents are scanned, archived, and version-controlled on the shared cloud system.
3. Business Setup Support
Assist in preparing trade name reservations, license applications, MOAs, tenancy contracts, and related setup documents.
Follow up with legal, banking, and governmental contacts to ensure clients' files are progressing as per timeline.
Communicate with free zones, DEDs, and other relevant authorities for updated requirements and processing guidelines.
4. Client & Internal Communication
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding document needs, deadlines, and status updates.
Respond to client inquiries professionally and route specific requests to the appropriate team members.
Maintain confidentiality of all client and company documentation.
5. Filing & Documentation
Digitally organize all operational, legal, and service-related files using platforms like Google Drive or OneDrive.
Prepare and format internal reports, service updates, and project timelines for review by the operations team.
Archive completed cases with full documentation and log feedback.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in an administrative or operations support role (experience in a PRO or business setup environment is preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online government portals (e.g., MOHRE, DED, GDRFA).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in
English
and Arabic .
Understanding of UAE business setup procedures and document requirements.
