Role Overview

We're seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy professional to join our team as an

Operations Specialist cum IT Specialist

. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can streamline business processes while managing IT systems and support. You'll play a key role in optimizing workflows, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring our digital infrastructure runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

Monitor and improve day-to-day business processes across departments Assist in logistics, procurement, customer/vendor coordination, and inventory management Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for operational efficiency Support compliance, audits, and internal controls Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure smooth administrative operations

IT Support

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues Manage user accounts, access controls, and system configurations Maintain and troubleshoot office IT infrastructure (printers, routers, workstations) Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers Assist in implementing and maintaining ERP systems, cloud tools, and cybersecurity protocols

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field 2+ years of experience in operations, IT support, or a hybrid role Strong understanding of business workflows and IT systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic networking Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ERPNext) is a plus Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional priorities
