What you'll be doing:
Manage day-to-day operations, including end of day POS reconciliation and locking up of venue.
Leading, training and guiding other team members during shift; being the point of call for dealing with any customer issues.
Hiring and rostering of all FOH coffee team members, within labor KPI's.
Ordering and management of stock, within 'cost of goods' KPI's.
Inbox management, including customer and supplier email correspondence.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and workplace safety standards.
Drive guest satisfaction through service excellence.
Assisting with barista duties if / when necessary.
A bit about you:
You've managed a cafe before and you love it - bonus points if you've spent years as a head barista.
You're a people person - you make both staff and customers feel welcome and valued.
You're genuinely passionate about specialty coffee - you know your beans and love a good chat about brew methods and flavour profiles.
You're organized, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
