r with a strong background in mechanical engineering to oversee operations in our oilfield machine shop. The ideal candidate will machine shop. the Ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in

repair and maintenance industrial valves, welding & fabrication

, and a proven track record in business development within the UAE engineering sector.

Key Responsibility



Manage day -to-day operations of the oilfield machine shop. Supervise repair and maintenance activities for industrial valves. Oversee welding and fabrication works to ensure quality and safety compliance. Lead business development initiatives to expand client base and market share. coordinate with clients, suppliers , and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with industry standards, HSE regulations, and company policies.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

or related field. 5-10 years' experience in the UAE market, specifically in oilfield machine shop operations. Strong technical knowledge of industrial valve repair, welding and fabrication process. Proven experience in business development within the engineering sector. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
