Job Objective: To lead and develop the operations and maintenance strategy of the company and ensure its implementation in accordance with the highest technical and managerial standards, ensuring operational efficiency, cost reduction, customer satisfaction, and business continuity. Key Responsibilities: . Develop strategic and operational plans for the Operations and Maintenance Department and oversee their execution. . Supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs for all facilities and assets. . Manage technical teams, monitor their performance, and ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards. . Analyze operational KPIs and take corrective actions to enhance performance. . Assess operational risks and establish contingency and emergency response plans. . Manage service contracts and communicate with contractors and vendors. . Prepare O&M budgets and control expenses to ensure financial efficiency. . Develop systems, policies, and procedures for operations and maintenance. . Maintain continuous coordination with other departments (HR, Finance, Projects, etc.) to ensure integrated operations. . Prepare periodic reports for senior management and the Board of Directors. Qualifications . Education: MasteraEUR(TM)s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields) or Business Administration with an engineering background. . Experience: Minimum of 15 years in operations and maintenance, including at least 7 years in senior leadership roles. . Proven experience in managing large-scale or multi-site projects. . Advanced knowledge of KPI management, analysis, and performance-based decision making. . Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. .
