Job Title: Operation Manager Healthcare (Home Care / Medical Facility)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operation Manager to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing operations within home care services or healthcare facilities, with proven experience in supervising medical staff including doctors and nurses.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of healthcare facilities (home care or medical centers) in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
Ensure compliance with Department of Health (DOH) regulations and policies.
Lead, support, and coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to maintain high standards of care and efficiency.
Implement strategic plans to improve service delivery, patient satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
Liaise with government and healthcare authorities as needed.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in healthcare operations management, ideally within a home care or clinical setting.
Strong leadership and people management skills, especially in handling multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
In-depth knowledge of DOH policies and healthcare regulations in the UAE.
Flexibility to travel and work across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
