we are looking for a Operations lead to support our business.
The ideal candidate will have previous UAE work experience and will be familiar with a variety of operations.
This role will be reporting directly to the CEO and will be expected to manage the daily operations as well as co ordinate between departments and head office.
This role requires quick decision makers who have the ability to assess situations and make sound judgement accordingly.
This role would suit someone who has experience working with and managing teams previously.
this role is very much a hands on role and will require field work as well as office'.
Regular support to head office will also be required
We are looking for someone who has:
Bachelors degree in business admin or similar
Must have previous operations experience
MS office experience essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience working with senior leadership would be an advantage
well groomed with a clear command of English
can handle confidential work with discretion.
This position is a full time field/office based position.
Ability to work independently when required
